Our Operational Support Services Strategic Framework 2019 – 2022 is a Board-endorsed document that unpacks how we deliver our integrated housing and homelessness services model.
It sets our approach for looking at our support services through the lens of quality with a focus on customer service through activities such as Customer Journey Mapping.
Implementing this framework enables us to deliver integrated solutions and services across Victoria.
We will also be looking at how we can collaborate more with our partners, referring organisations and outpost workers, to deliver services at our key access points in the future.
