The Employee of the Year Award recognises the extraordinary achievement and contribution of one individual who has had a significant impact on the organisation over the course of the past 12 months.
The Employee of the Year has been judged to live and breathe the Credo and Values and has exceeded all expectations in their role by demonstrating exceptional initiative, leading to significant improvement in work processes and practices.
Matthew has been instrumental in the planning, development, and roll-out of Haven; Home, Safe’s new client CRM, Connect. He has demonstrated exceptional teamwork, both within the IT team, and across the wider organisation, and this insight has been instrumental in implementing Connect.
Matthew has also contributed to numerous other initiatives that have become fundamental technologies within the organisation, including FreshService system which manages IT and Admin requests from staff members from across the state.
